We understand that each project if different and may require unique options to turn your vision into a reality. Our standard process starts with booking a Free In-Home Design Consultation. We can meet with you to take measurements, determine options, answer questions, and provide an estimate. Once you have approved, we will order materials and schedule the project. During each project and when complete, we will perform quality assurance checks to ensure that the project results are better than expected.

This is a question we get asked by every customer. Each project is different and it is hard to provide a "general" timeframe. This is best answered after a detailed scope is determined. Book a Free In-Home Design Consultation and we can discuss the specific timeline for your project.

Unfortunately, we are not just an installer. We typically supply most of the materials ourselves because in the past there were delays because materials that customers ordered themselves came in damaged or the materials just would not work with the design. We have partnerships with vendors who provide quality materials in order to guarantee quality installations. These vendors also assist with specialized technical product information which is helpful to our installers.

When it comes to certain materials such as light fixures, vanities, flooring, and other items, we can possibly install your materials. Due to warranty constraints, some items may need to be purchased through us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payments. Unlike some companies, we do not charge a "convience fee". Even though we accept checks and other forms of payments, we actually prefer that you pay using a credit or debit card. This unique approach is designed to enable you to have absolute control over the project to ensure the outcome is what you desire.

Yes, we have partnered with banks and lending companies to offer some of the most competitive financing in the industry. We have options including 0% APR, Fixed Rate, Low Interest, and other financing options. Most promotional financing varies at times during the calendar year. Once we have determined the scope of your project, we can discuss the specific financing options to fit your individual needs. Financing is based on approved credit. We have designed some pretty amazing spaces and we can for your project, but if your budget doesn’t meet those great ideas, we will be wasting both of our time. By starting with a realistic budget, you allow us to design based on both your need and your budget. We have many years of experience, by being candid about your budget it allows us to come up with value driven budget ideas. It’s very normal not to know what a realistic budget should be for your project, let’s talk and we can help you get a better idea what money you should set aside.
